Park and Ride for RIAT

New for 2027, South Cerney Fast-Track Park & Ride is ideal for visitors driving from the M4, A419 or Cirencester direction. Park your car, complete your ticket and security checks, then board a dedicated bus to the showground. This option is designed to help you avoid some of the busiest roads and entrance queues around RAF Fairford.

The Swindon Shuttle Bus is a useful option for visitors travelling to RIAT by train or staying in Swindon. Simply walk from Swindon railway station to the nearby bus interchange, show your correct shuttle ticket and board the next available service. The bus will take you directly to the Yellow Customer Entry Point at RAF Fairford.

Cheltenham Park & Ride is best suited to visitors travelling from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcestershire or the Midlands. Leave your car at Cheltenham Racecourse and continue your journey to RIAT by organised bus. The journey is longer than the other routes, so make sure you check the departure times and plan both parts of your day carefully.

RIAT Park & Ride and Shuttle Bus Options

Travelling to RIAT can feel confusing, especially if this is your first visit.

There are three main travel options available: South Cerney Fast-Track Park & Ride, Swindon Shuttle Bus and Cheltenham Park & Ride.

Each route works differently and will suit visitors travelling from different parts of the country.
